Composite Material Saw Blade Solutions
GOLDEN EAGLE’s composite cutting saw blades are engineered to deliver clean, controlled cuts across a wide range of engineered and layered materials. Through precision tooth geometry and high-stability blade design, our solutions focus on edge quality, cutting accuracy, and long-term durability—ensuring consistent results in sensitive and high-value composite applications.
Product Lineup
1. Hollow Face Saw Blade
Developed for high-precision cutting of laminated, Melamine and composite panels. Its hollow-ground tooth geometry forms an ultra-sharp cutting edge, enabling clean, chip-free cuts without the need for a scoring blade—ideal for brittle or resin-coated materials where surface quality is critical.
2. Acrylic Saw Blade
Special for acrylic (PMMA, plexiglass) this blade delivers chip-free edges and polished surfaces. Its specialized tooth geometry reduces friction to prevent melting or burning, while optimized chip evacuation minimizes distortion and preserves optical clarity. Ideal for applications requiring clean visual edges and tight tolerances.
3. Solid Surface Saw Blade
Designed for solid surface materials such as Corian, Avonite, and Wilsonart, this blade features modified triple chip grind (MTCG) geometry and a stable plate structure to improve cutting efficiency while reducing heat and surface stress. Its strong anti-chipping performance, high wear resistance, and reinforced body ensure clean edges, accurate cuts, and stable vibration control during continuous operation.
