The Cut Off Tooth is a replaceable carbide-tipped insert used on inserted-tooth crosscut saw blades and slasher saw blades for heavy-duty timber and firewood processing applications. It is also compatible with Simonds Kodiak-style inserts.
Built for durability and easy maintenance, each tooth can be replaced directly on the machine without removing the saw blade. Operators only need to grind or replace the inserted teeth, helping reduce downtime and simplify on-site maintenance.
The tough tungsten carbide tip provides reliable cutting performance and long service life when processing hardwood, dense timber, and high-volume firewood applications.

Saw Shanks
Made from tempered special-grade steel, the shank provides the spring action, toughness, and holding strength required for stable operation. Its full-swaged profile also helps retain sawdust and reduce debris entering the cut.
