1. Standard Non-Ferrous Saw Blade
Designed for general non-ferrous cutting, this blade features a -5° to 10° hook angle and a high-precision TCG profile for exceptionally smooth, burr-free edges. Micro-grain carbide provides excellent wear resistance while minimizing aluminum chip adhesion. Laser-cut anti-vibration slots with damping material reduce noise and maintain plate stability, while expansion slots with copper plugs disperse heat to ensure durability and prevent warping.
2. Thin Kerf Non-Ferrous Saw Blade
Engineered for material efficiency, the Thin Kerf series offers kerf sizes as thin as 1.5 mm on Ø205 mm blades, with full OEM customization available. The reduced kerf minimizes waste while maintaining excellent stability, surface quality, and chip control. Using TCG or T2(AD) teeth, anti-vibration design, and good quality carbide grade as the standard model, this blade delivers both efficiency and precision for high-volume aluminum processing.
3. Aluminum Honeycomb Panel Cutting Blade
Specialized for the delicate structure of aluminum honeycomb panels, this blade features an ultra-thin kerf, tight tolerances, and a clean geometry that prevents tearing or delamination. The optimized profile ensures a flawless finish even at high CNC speeds. A stabilized plate reduces noise and vibration, maintaining panel integrity throughout continuous production.
