Carbide Insert Knives are manufactured from fine to sub-micro grain carbide grades, deliveringexcellent wear resistance, toughness, and extended tool life—comparable to CERATIZIT-grade quality. Produced on fully automated robotic production lines—from forming and grinding to final inspection—each knife is designed for consistent accuracy in spiral cutterheads, router bits with knives, and adjustable grooving cutters.
Precision-ground to ±0.01 mm tolerance, these indexable knives are available in multiple edge configurations, including 2-edge, 4-edge, reversible, turnover, and edge-rounding designs. The multi-edge structure reduces replacement frequency while ensuring stable cutting performance and clean surface results in demanding production environments.
